This piece is in collaboration with Pittsburgh native Alyssa Kuzins, the creator of BODY ART and an embodiment coach.
 
BA is a a 90 minute embodied dance writing workshop, membership and ambassador community to heal, up-level and know thy Self through the art of music, dance and writing. 
 
Every month we explore a different energetic theme through the lens of aligning with the zodiac like the stardust we are. No choreography or dance experience required. Trauma informed and intelligently designed around the nervous system and energy work. Think sensual, heartfelt expression to feel your humanness.

We praise the muse, study artwork and make meaning, like only humans can.
 
We know devotion is a daily choice versus a commitment in the past, thus, we devote to sensual, embodied living, and therefore make art out of our daily lives and hearts.
